Return Policy

No returns or exchanges are accepted. Once you approve your project, you confirm that all text and design details are accurate, and we will move into production.

Damaged items — all shipped orders include insurance. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@tandemhart.com within 5 business days with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

We do understand that many things should be discussed on a case-by-case basis, and you can reach out to us at info@tandemhart.com about your order.

Shipping & Pick up

  • $20 Flat Rate Shipping will be added to all wedding orders.

  • Orders ship within approximately 3–4 weeks from your final approval. This includes printing and shipping. Rush options may be available upon request.

  • Local pick-up is available at our Des Moines, IA studio. We’ll contact you when your order is ready, and pick-ups are available by appointment.

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Terms of Service

By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Use
This website and its contents are owned and operated by TandemHart, LLC. All designs, products, and content are for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Orders & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Custom stationery orders require you to submit your wedding/event details after checkout. You may pre-order without all details, but your project will not begin until your information is received.

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Design Process & Proofing
You will receive an initial proof within 3–4 business days after submitting all required information.

Changes can be requested, and updated proofs will be provided within 1–2 business days.

It is your responsibility to carefully review all design rounds and proofs for spelling, names, dates, and details.

Final Approval: Once you provide written final approval, the project will move to print. No changes or refunds will be possible after this point.

4. Project Timing
A typical wedding suite takes 4–6 weeks from purchase to delivery.

Timelines may vary depending on the number of rounds of revisions, proofing, printing, and shipping.

TandemHart is not responsible for delays caused by client response time, printer timelines, or shipping carriers.

5. Shipping & Pick-Up

6. Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final after final approval.

Partial refunds may be available only before final approval. If design work has begun, we will review on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property
All printed designs become the property of the client once payment is made in full. TandemHart reserves the right to continue using the design unless an agreement has been made with the client.

TandemHart retains the right to use concepts, unselected and unfinished designs for other clients, and all final work may be used in portfolios, marketing materials, or award submissions.

8. Limitation of Liability
TandemHart will not be liable for damages or losses caused by printing or shipping vendors, delays, errors approved by the client, or events outside our reasonable control (including force majeure).

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.

Refunds

  • Full refunds may be issued if no work has begun. This may only be available up to 24 hours after purchase.

  • Partial refunds may be available if the design process has begun, but no final approval has been given. Each case will be reviewed individually and the refund amount we will be able to provide.

  • No refunds are available once final approval has been given. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once printing begins.
