OUR PROCESS
SEND YOUR DETAILS — After you purchase, you will be redirected to a form to enter all your wedding details!
Don’t have all the details just yet? Don’t worry; you can still pre-order your invitations and place the project on temporary pause while you gather all the necessary information. We’ll keep your project on our schedule and reach out for updates.
RECEIVE YOUR PDF PROOF — Once your information has been submitted, we will send a digital proof to your email inbox in 3-4 business days. Why that long, you ask?! We are a real team of people who take care of your details and make it look just right! Your order will be placed in our queue for design and then sent to you as a proof.
UNLIMITED CHANGES — Please let us know what changes you have from the proof, and we will send additional PDF proofs within 1-2 business days of receiving the changes.
FINAL APPROVAL — Once everything looks the way you want it, you will need to give your FINAL APPROVAL for printing to move forward.
GOING TO PRINT — We will send you the approximate arrival date, allow 3-4 weeks from your final approval date for delivery.
PROJECT TIMING
The timing below does not begin until we receive the full information for the pieces you ordered.
A wedding suite typically takes 4-6 weeks from purchase to delivery. This accounts for the design of your information, back-and-forth changes from you, final approval, printing, and shipping.
Design and change rounds — allow 3-4 business days for the initial layout proof and 1-2 business days for each additional change proof.
Printing and Shipping — allow 3-4 weeks from your final approval date for delivery.
